Rediscover YOU is SFSC’s survivor stabilization and resilience program for women and children affected by domestic violence, homelessness, family separation, and other traumatic life experiences.
Support can begin during the critical first 72 hours after leaving an unsafe environment and continue throughout the weeks and months required to rebuild stability. Based on each family’s circumstances and available resources, participants may receive trauma-informed coaching, housing and resource navigation, transportation support, employment connections, essential-needs assistance, and referrals to trusted community partners.
Rediscover YOU complements shelters and crisis-response organizations by addressing the practical, emotional, and economic barriers that can remain after immediate safety has been established. The program helps survivors remain connected to support, reduce housing instability, rebuild self-trust, and work toward sustainable independence.

Freedom NOW supports currently and formerly incarcerated women and their families as they navigate incarceration, family separation, reentry, and the lasting barriers created by involvement in the criminal legal system.
Through trauma-informed coaching, restorative practices, educational resources, advocacy, family-centered support, and community connections, participants can strengthen personal accountability, maintain meaningful family relationships, prepare for reentry, and build pathways toward stability.
Freedom NOW recognizes that incarceration affects entire families. The program provides consistent support designed to reduce isolation, strengthen family connections, and help women successfully rebuild their lives during and after incarceration.
