Programs That Help Women and Families Rebuild Their Lives

From crisis intervention and homelessness prevention to trauma recovery and reentry support, our programs help women and families create safe, stable futures rooted in healing, resilience, and hope.

Rediscover YOU

Domestic Violence Support • Housing Stability • Healing

Rediscover YOU is a trauma-informed support program designed to help women and children safely navigate the critical days, weeks, and months following domestic violence, family instability, incarceration, and other traumatic life events.

For many survivors, the first 72 hours after leaving an abusive situation are the most vulnerable. During this time, women are often making life-changing decisions while experiencing fear, trauma, uncertainty, and limited access to resources. Many face the very real risk of homelessness, re-victimization, financial instability, or returning to unsafe environments simply because they have nowhere else to turn.

Through emergency support, resource navigation, trauma-informed life coaching, emotional wellness support, and community partnerships, Rediscover YOU helps women and children move from crisis to safety, stability, and long-term healing.

Our approach focuses on restoring self-worth, strengthening resilience, promoting healthy relationships, and empowering survivors to rebuild lives rooted in hope, healing, and independence.

Freedom NOW

Advocacy • Support • Restoration

Freedom NOW provides advocacy, emotional support, restorative resources, and community connections for currently incarcerated individuals and their families.

Incarceration impacts entire families, often creating emotional hardship, isolation, financial strain, and barriers to maintaining healthy relationships. Freedom NOW helps individuals and loved ones navigate these challenges by providing encouragement, support, advocacy resources, and opportunities for personal growth and accountability.

Through restorative practices, family-centered support, resource navigation, and community engagement, the program helps participants maintain hope, strengthen connections, prepare for successful transitions, and build pathways toward healing and restoration both during and after incarceration.

Because every person deserves the opportunity to grow, heal, and be supported on their journey toward a better future.
