Trauma Recovery Coaching

Our Trauma Support Coaching offers one-on-one, personalized, and compassionate guidance to establish a safe connection from the very beginning. This coaching is designed to respond swiftly within the first critical 72 hours of fleeing or being released from abusive or traumatizing environments. By focusing on immediate stabilization, we help participants access vital resources that prevent homelessness, reduce unsafe behaviors, and break cycles that may lead back to abusive relationships.

Through consistent one-on-one support, participants gain a safe space to begin rebuilding their lives, set personal goals, and access resources that promote resilience and long-term healing. This individualized approach ensures that every participant feels seen, supported, and empowered to take the first steps toward stability and independence.
